  • How do I place order?
    Browsing Start browsing all of our awesome items by clicking A PIXEL SHOP. Browse through the catalogue of designs until you find something you like. Use the Shop By filter to help you find something specifics. Adding to Cart From the product page, pick the right size, colour and quantity. If you're not sure about the size, click on 'Size Table' to find out the body measurements for each size. Fill in the blank options (if applicable). If all set, click "BUY ME". A side window will appear confirming the item in your cart. Viewing or Changing your Cart Once you've added all the items to your cart, begin the checkout process. Click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your shopping cart. You can change or update any items in your cart. To take something out, click 'Remove'. To change the quantity, update the number in the quantity filed. Once your cart is all set, click 'Checkout' to proceed to checkout. Checkout This process involves 4 steps: Shipping Details, Delivery Method, Payment, and Place Order. Fill in the appropriate information on each step and click 'Continue'. If you'd like to change anything during the checkout process, go to the appropriate section and click 'Edit" to make changes. Once you've filled out the Shipping Info, selected the Delivery Methods for each shipment of your order, and entered your Payment info, click "Place Order" on the final step to submit your order. You're all set! We'll send over an email with your order information to confirm, if you choose to pay via PayMe, please transfer fund to 6292 1208. Another email will be sent when your order is shipped out. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome designs to arrive at your doorstep.
  • What payment options do you offer?
    PayMe by HSBC Pay as if paying your friend using the number: 6292 1208. Please transfer fund once you've received our Order Confirmation Email. Thank You. Full instructions from HSBC VISA/MasterCard Coming soon.
  • What size should I order?
    To find your size, compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size to find the best fit. You can determine your chest measurements by measuring under your arms and around the fullest part of the bust. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose! Please note that while we do our best to minimise, 100% cotton shirts can shrink depending on the method of washing so if you are in between sizes you may want to order a size up to be safe.
  • What does ‘Customisable’ mean?
    We want you to be able to personalise your items to make them as unique as possible. Some items labeled with ‘Customisable’ allow you to fill in the blank lines to complete the design before printing. Be creative and make them fun.
  • How and where are your products printed?
    Most of our designs are custom-printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. This means the design is digitally printed on the tee like an inkjet printer! It's also printed especially for you, so there's a little processing time before it's shipped out. Heat transfer vinyl is also widely used on items like tote bag and customisable product. Please refer to individual product info for details. All products are printed in Hong Kong.
  • What are the washing instructions?

  • How much is shipping?
    For orders over HK$300 – Free Shipping (Hong Kong only) For order below HK$300 – HK$40 (Hong Kong only)
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At the moment – Nope. But we are working on it!
  • When will my order arrive?
    All A PIXEL products are custom-printed, made just for you right when you order. Because of this, processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales and promotions. If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order has shipped. SF Express usually deliver within 2-3 business days.
  • How can I track my delivery?
    A tracking number will be provided on the shipping confirmation email. You can track your delivery via SF Express's website.
  • Can you ship separate orders together?
    Unfortunately, we're unable to combine orders. Each order placed will be sent separately. If, for some reasons, you still would like separate orders to be shipped together, contact us directly and we will try to work it out, if possible.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    Nope, you can place an order without an account. No sign-up or login required. If you do sign up to become a registered user (It's FREE!), you can create a profile, enjoy promotions, and store your order history.
  • Why should I become a registered user?
    You won't have to re-enter your credit card, billing, or shipping information. they will be filled in automatically. As a registered user, you will occasionally receive news and our latest updates, promotions as well as members-only sales discounts.
  • What is your Return Policy?
    We want to be sure you’re satisfied with your order, which is custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong, misprinted, or it isn’t what you customised, you have 14 days from when the item was shipped to make a return in it's original condition. Give us a shout at and include a picture of the wrong or defective item. We will work with you on a solution which may involve a replacement order, or a refund back to your original payment method. All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Refunds for shipped item will be for the cost of the item only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying item only.
